Main tasks:
- Lead and coordinate engineering capital projects in the areas of utilities, infrastructure and equipment
- Implement specified project objectives while meeting time, cost and quality targets
- Ensure that approved projects and modifications to systems, facilities, infrastructure and utilities meet all necessary building code and GMP requirements as well as environmental and safety standards
- Lead cross-functional teams and manages relationships
- Conduct investigations to rectify problems and initiates changes to correct them
- Responsible for project documentation
Main qualifications
- Technical degree (TS, HTL) with in depth relevant work experience
- Experience in project management in the pharmaceutical industry, from planning to execution to commissioning of facilities and utilities
- Ability to collaborate with internal departments (development, operations, quality, technical services) in the implementation of projects, the development of standards and the definition of project requirements and priorities
- Experience in working with different stakeholders, internally and externally
- Profound GMP knowledge (EU and USA)
- Business fluent in German and English
