Business Analyst EpiCX SLM - ETL, CRM , JIRA and Trello, SLM, EnglishRole:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a Business Analyst EpiCX SLM.
EpiCX, the Global Customer Engagement Program, is a business and IT transformation program with a
mission to deliver a world class technology ecosystem that drives the organization to create experiences
that exceed customer expectations now and in the future. The EpiCX program will develop and deploy an
enterprise-wide ecosystem which integrates world-class orchestrated customer engagement, content
management, data and analytics products into one harmonized, centralized and scalable technology
ecosystem. This ecosystem will run across all Pharma affiliates, Genentech, GPS and PDMA group
functions. Systems Lifecycle Management (SLM) will manage and execute all end to end processes
involved in the release management of all the products in the ecosystem. SLM will also support in driving
the ongoing adoption, and enable the EpiCX vision of an integrated and seamless customer experience.
The perfect candidate: We are looking for an experience Business Analyst who previously worked in an
integration project with pharmaceutical experience in CRM. The candidate will get the requirements from
the Product Owner and document them into user stories for developers and testers.
Areas of responsibility:
* Responsible for mastering current products and supporting infrastructure thereby capturing the
difference between releases as the products evolve
* Responsible for gathering, prioritizing and documenting product mapping requirements (including
functional requirements, non functional requirements, interactions and flows between
EpiCX and interfaced systems)
* Analyzing change requests and User stories from various sources and incorporating them into
documents that can be consumed by testing teams and release teams.
* Provide guidance to the testing teams about the scope during the release testing cycles
* Provide guidance to the release managers for release scope
* Contribute in building release content and support the content developers during the end user content
creation process
* Actively participate in working sessions during the release cycles
* Support in the upkeep of UAT content that will be used by various deployment groups
* Provide status updates and reporting metrics based on work progress as defined by the SLM leadership
Professional and technical requirements:
* Min, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Life Sciences)
* Min. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a project environment, preferred in the
pharmaceutical industry
* Demonstrated experience in design and implementation of interfaces, integration flows and ETL
* Architectural knowledge in CRM is a must, further experience in Commercial Excellence, Multichannel,
analytical/dashboards or finance/procurement is an advantage
* Experience in JIRA and Trello
* Excellent written and verbal English communication
* Ability to translate business vocabulary into technical wording and vice versa
* Ability to interact well with other technical team leaders such as architects, testers, other business
analysts, and release managers as a key member of the SLM team to reach the business goals
* Ability to quickly learn new business domains, requirements elicitation and management, business
process analysis and design, usability and the ability to facilitate workshops
* Risk management and identification
* Demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs
* Ability to work under indirect supervision
* Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team
building ability
