- On behalf of our Client an established international consultancy, we are seeking a Sourcing Specialist, to support an external Client with an RFP process.
Sourcing Specialist (m/f/d)

Duration: 4 MM+
Main tasks:
- Examine the current sourcing processes
- Analyze potential cost savings
- Define the RFP requirements and invite suppliers
- Support the RFP process including negotiations with suppliers
- Implement and communicate new recruitment processes
Main qualifications
- Solid knowledge of RFP processes
- Background in Purchasing/Sourcing and Recruitment
- Knowledge of Swiss employment law and processes
- Additional experience as a Managed Service Provider or Payroller are an advantage
- Ideally experience of working in a Consultancy Company
- Experience in Sales as well as Purchasing would be ideal
- Fluency in German and English
