Project Manager - Scrum vacancy or a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Several years of proven work experience as a Project Manager for critical business projects
- Certified in Project Management and organisational change management paired with Scrum-Master and Product-Owner certifications
- Agile mindset with ability to pivot between roles and approaches based on team needs
- Strong focus on delivering MVP's, focused on incremental value combined with excellent stakeholder engagement abilities
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German is of advantage
Your tasks:
- Engaging with Leadership, both business and IT to collaborate on the delivery of value at a rate that is sustainable and digestible for the team and business
- Ensuring promised business value is being earned by leveraging the value creation or value maintenance framework
- Orchestrating the formation of a squad and once established, closely interact with the product owner, partners and the development team
- Sourcing the skills that are supplied by Pharma Informatics or other Technology partners
- Supervising the squad on self-organising to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
