Real Estate Accountant (German) vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role combined with strong Accounting expertise
- Solid knowledge in Real Estate Lease accounting is highly desirable
- Ability to share a particular pleasure in accounting related investigation
- Competency of practicing teamwork in large companies is a big plus
- Languages: English and German, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Analysing and cleaning-up wash-accounts regarding Lease and Facility Management income and expenses
- Ensuring successful integrity checks over the Account Ownership regarding sign-offs, SOX documentation and tests of key controls
- Establishing reconciliation processes according to the bank accounting standards
- Implementing and documenting the reconciliation processes
