Beschreibung

We are looking for a SAP BI business analyst with FICO/production skills in supply chain finance for an international client in Switzerland.

Role:

  • Lead discussion and analysis of reporting needs from Supply Chain Finance
  • Translate reporting requirements into mock-ups
  • Discuss platform for reports with various stakeholders
  • Implement reports in collaboration with IT
  • Support other areas in reporting discussions
  • Execute tests and document results according to the methodology
  • Manage defects and resolution of defects
  • Handling of WRICEFs
  • Align with global Analytics & Reporting Team
  • Contribute and/or run Workshop with local stakeholders to identify gaps to global template
  • Support Decision making
  • Take care of Change management
  • Support training (put training materials together)

Experience/skills:

  • Strong experience in supply chain finance
  • Deep understanding of production cost accounting and Financial Analyses executed in supply chain (ie various variance analysis)
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of SAP Materials Management (MM)
  • Sound knowledge of complex production processes
  • Knowledge of reporting tool(s) like BW, SAP Analytic Cloud, or other analytical tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and management skills
  • Experience in working in larger project organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Strong people skills are required as the role is highly consultative, interacting with staff at all levels across an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships with ability to engage resources outside of direct-control to gain consensus, meet deadlines and achieve goals and objectives
  • Capable of presenting material to senior management
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Awareness and ability to lead and work in multicultural teams
  • Thinks analytically and solves problems well
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Has a can-do attitude
  • Welcomes challenges and has a history of meeting them
  • Maintains a pleasant demeanor in difficult situations
  • Likes to work independently in agile environment

This role can be done remotely although onsite work might be required.
