Digital Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Aking the full ownership of Mobile Device Management for over 20k+ mobile devices (Android, iOS, iPadOS)
- Responsible for device testing, evaluation and management by working closely with vendors together with a global and multicultural team
- Responsible for device certification, configuration, patching & upgrade management as well as security topics
- Actively drive the adoption and integration of mobile devices into the business processes utilizing innovative cloud technologies
- Rollout and training 1st to 3rd level support
Main qualifications
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems / Technology or related fields or equivalent educational qualification with profound working experience
- A great passion for and 2-3 years of experience for at least one of the following areas: Android Device Management, iOS Device Management, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, MacOS
- Passion for innovation, automation, critical analysis, and reporting
- Ability to lead global major rollouts (e.g. major OS upgrades, security initiatives) and strong ownership
- A good understanding on security best-practices and processes
- Basic knowledge in related IT infrastructure field (network, identity management, software packaging, mobile hardware). M365/Azure fundamentals, MCSA and/or comparable certifications are a plus
- Fluent in English and proven expertise in technical writing, vendor/stakeholder management, and professionalism while working under pressure
