Project Manager - Marketing B2C vacancy for our Wallisellen based client in the telecommunications sector.
Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years of telecommunications experience in B2C, ideally in a Marketing function including previous experience in a cross brand migration
- Expertise in Base, CRM, Customer Experience departments as well as in leading cross functional projects
- Strong background in Microsoft office, primarily Excel and Powerpoint
- Outstanding communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross functional team and lead key projects
- Languages: English and German, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Developing and executing of measures for sustainable increase of customer value, loyalty and base size through up- and cross-selling measures
- Implementing optimal processes for customers and agents to unsure positive NPS impact
- Being responsible for existing customers, from the idea, conception, implementation to success control
- Leading as or representing base management in companywide projects
- Managing regular analysis and reviewing of reporting and numbers while constantly looking for ways to improve them
- Creating innovative and effective initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
