Senior application specialist SAP SCM - Supply Chain Management, 100% / Duration 12 months

Your tasks:

• Technical administration / engineering and customizing from SAP

• Dangerous goods handling (process knowledge)

• import / export; Customs clearance (process knowledge)

• Knowledge of EDI processing (we have a lot of IDOC processing processes / interfaces)

• Digital logistics (QR codes, barcodes, connection of reading devices and barcode printers, bartender facility)

• Mapping, understanding and optimizing business processes in the SAP environment

• Implementation of internal reviews and from this the development of optimization measures in the technical environment

• Creation and implementation of application tests in compliance with quality criteria

• Participation in the creation and optimization of developer guidelines

• Advising business partners in operational and project business in relation to SAP Finance & Controlling, preparing offers and cost estimates

• Participation in and (technical) (partial) management of projects or orders in the SAP environment

• Training / knowledge transfer and support for employees, business partners and key users

• Root cause analysis and elimination of problems as part of the problem management process Creation and updating of operating manuals, instructions and checklists

• Sub-projects and change requests in the area of ??SAP Finance & Controlling

• Design and implement customizing requirements

• Coordinating and implementing changes as part of the change management process

• Incident management in 2nd and 3rd level support

Your profile:

• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or business administration or a comparable qualification

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP supply chain management

• Advantageous

• Basic knowledge of QM (as a substitute for Amelie)

• Basic knowledge of PP (as representative of Amelie)

• Basic knowledge of PS (Space only works with WBS elements in the account assignment)

• Basic knowledge of PLM and document filing

• Knowledge of SAP S / 4 HANA

• Ability to persuade, negotiate skills and initiative with a pronounced customer and service orientation

• Interdisciplinary expertise, excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills

• Experience in project management and project implementation

• Confident German (C2), very good knowledge of English (C1)
