Project:
For our customer a big pharmaceutical company situated in Basel we are searching for a highly qualified Business Process Analyst 50% (f/m/d).

The Business Process Analyst is responsible for helping establish the business processes that will sustain the agile operations of the R&D Academy in the future.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Outcome of the 4 months: business processes map of the R&D Academy, including description and design of more agile processes (1st month), implementation of a newly designed process every two weeks, capture and reporting of learnings and adjustment of the processes being implemented
- Establish a scrum working structure in sprints, with value delivery at each interval and iterative improvement of the processes being implemented
- Co-create and ideate the business processes landscape of the R&D Academy including, but not limited to: strategy review and planning, portfolio review and planning, sourcing management, decision-making, risk management, 90-day cycle planning, aligned progress measurement and reporting, capturing learning across workstreams, integration of communications across workstreams, etc.
- Identify and create a roadmap for implementation of the business critical processes in alignment with agile ways of working
- Manage the activities related to establishing those process, from doing an analysis of the current situation, to consolidating existing information from multiple sources, to preparing content for decision-making, to socializing proposals and providing proper guidance on implementing the new processes
- Work closely with the whole R&D Academy members to ensure the processes are designed and implemented to promote alignment and enable the teams to focus on their delivery
- Develop, implement and train others on how to efficiently contribute and participate in the processes
- Bring new and innovative ways of visualizing the processes and interacting with them (e.g. digital tools that can serve to provide overviews, roadmaps, dashboards, and other information that help keep the team up to date on what is being worked on)

Must haves:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or any similar education in process development
- Min. 5 years' experience in advanced project management and process improvement skills
- Experience in agile methodologies such as scrum, design thinking and experimentation associated with tools (e.g. Miro or any similar online Whiteboard Tool)
- Experience in Project Work/ Project setting is a must
- Certification in Project Management is a plus
- Fluency in English is a MUST and German is a plus
- Experience in Business Analytics and Tools to analyze the data (e.g. Excel or Google Analytics, Tableau), very good knowledge of Google Suite is a must
- Project oriented mindset, with a sense of urgency and a strong desire to deliver high quality results in a very short period of time is a must
- Good interpersonal, communication and servant leadership skills
- Works well within global multidisciplinary teams and is effective in collaborating with others internally and externally
- Good processes analysis knowledge and able to turn analysis into practical, effective practices
- Curious, creative and comfortable to operate in environments of ambiguity
- Strong facilitation skills to lead discovery sessions, workshops and other working sessions to achieve strong outcomes from teamwork
- Demonstrates a critical, entrepreneurial, customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering lasting value to customers. Able to see the big picture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with strong partnering and performance consulting skills
