For a project until end of the year at our clients site in Basel, we are looking for a

Senior Project Manager for Real Estate ERP procurement (w/m/d)

Your profile:

• Experience as Project Manager paired with knowledge of working with stakeholders in a group structure
• Expertise in Request for Information and Request for Proposal processes
• Expertise in Requirement Engineering
• Familiarity with Real Estate Management ERPs
• Knowledge of classic and agile project methods
• Fluent in German and English

Your responsibilities:

• Project management, tracking tasks, responsibilities and deadlines
• Providing a standard list of requirements for state of the art real estate management ERP Systems
• Business analysis, gather and prioritize requirements
• Validate requirements with different business units
• Create a functional specification document
• Participate in the vendor selection process
• Project management office in terms of documenting meetings, requirements and compiling
