Role:

For our client Roche, based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a Change and Transformation Manager (m/w/d).

As a Change and Transformation Manager, you are inspired and excited by change and you have

the ability to transfer this passion to the people you partner with.

You will work to drive engagement and acceptance of the changes that impact employees, and

combine a deep understanding of the human aspects of change with profound project

management and project communications expertise. As a key member of the transformation

implementation network for the organizational unit(s) you support, you will drive the design and

implementation of the transformation plan. You play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet

objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Your focus is on

the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology,

job roles and organization structures.

You embrace an agile mindset and are energised by the unique opportunity to transform the way

we work in Diagnostics. You role model the We@RocheDiagnostics dimensions and foster these

in the rest of the organisation. You foster VACC leadership (visionary, architect, catalyst and

coach) to guide others through times that come with ambiguity.

Areas of responsibility:

- Lead the development, delivery and execution of project and transformation communications

- Develop, deliver and execute high-quality communication tactics and creative content to capture people's attention, foster their understanding of and inspire them to contribute to the transformation program

- Plan and moderate employee focused meetings such as Town Halls, focus groups and lunch

- Partner closely with Diagnostics Communications

- Create and embed feedback loops to ensure the various communication efforts align and create the highest impact

- Identify communication opportunities for alignment across projects and teams - actively sharing best practice in change management and change communications

- Create, implement and execute change management strategies and plans that maximize employee engagement and minimize resistance.

- Assess employee change readiness, identify key stakeholders and influencers and conduct impact analyses of change strategies

- Support and apply the approach to culture change required across Diagnostics, counselling on effective engagement strategies and implementation around We@RocheDiagnostics.

- Coach senior leaders and executives by providing direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions

- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs for employees across the organization with particular emphasis on people leader training programs

Must haves:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or related field

- Min. 3 years of experience in change and transformation management, with a proven track record of effectively contributing to organizational transformation, change and innovation

- Very good project management skills and a proven ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a dynamic work environment and able to influence without authority

- Experience in networked matrix environment and in stakeholder management

- Excellent verbal, writing and editing skills in English (C1)

- Ability to develop communications in a range of media, including written, graphic, web and face to face channels. Familiarity with Google Suite

- Workshop facilitation, catalyst and coaching skills

Nice to haves:

- Certification in PROSCI or related change management approach is an advantage

- Creative mindset, very high self-awareness and for acting as a coach and mentor for other leaders and professionals

- Demonstrated enterprise mindset and system thinking, proven ability to work effectively across multiple business areas, global teams and key leadership areas in a fast paced VUCA environment

- Strategic agility: thorough grasp of the healthcare/diagnostics industry and regularly applies such to create robust and innovative strategies

- Active listener, able to extract and quickly process key information

- Comfortable to work with and able to adapt style to different stakeholder groups at different levels of hierarchy

- Able to thrive in a non-hierarchical, self-organising environment, where teams form around projects and initiatives; and who has the courage to try new approaches and actively seeks for empowerment

- Resilient and able to deal with ambiguity, comfortable to iteratively co-create approach with colleagues and partners, gather feedback, and adjust your plans where needed
