Project Manager - Change Management, SAP, English and GermanRole:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a Project Manager.
Clinical Supply Chain Management" (PTDS) is responsible for the supply of all global clinical trials
throughout the lifecycle of our products - Entry in Human (EIH) to post-approval. The group
partners with customers and suppliers to offer best in industry services regarding lead-times,
flexibility and cost-effectiveness. The organization includes demand and supply planning, patient
kit development based on clinical protocols, the operational aspects of packaging, distribution and
inventory management.
As Project Manager, you are a member of the Global Clinical Business Operations Support team
(PTDS-R), a cross-functional enabling function supporting Plan, Make and Deliver organizations
located both in Kaiseraugst and in South San Francisco.
The project in scope is related to Business Operating Model and Ways of Working changing, in
order to bring more agility and speed in the organization.
Areas of responsibility:
The tasks are mixed between project management (60%) and Supporting the Coordination Office
and the "Stream Lead Planning" (40%):
* Liaising with Project Sponsor to assure scope and goals are achieved
* Create an integrated plan for all initiatives under Transition office
* Identify dependencies, risks among the initiaties
* Support with Communication and Change management tasks
* Document IT roadmap in progress, identify dependencies, needs for alignment, resources
conflict, etc.
* Managing project administration (scheduling meetings, documenting minutes, creating
presentations for Steering Committee, etc,)
* Liaising with Project Sponsor to assure scope and goals are achieved
* Leading the planning and implementation of the workstream
* Planning and scheduling project timelines
* Coordinating project staff
* Carrying out risk assessment, issue management
* Managing project administration
Professional and technical requirements:
* 5-7 years of experience in project management in the pharmaceutical industry, preferred in
Supply Chain
* Experience in Project Management Tools (e.g. Risk Management and Issue Management or
similar)
* Experience in Change Management from a project environment
* Good understanding of ERP Systems and technical flair
* Experience with SAP is a must
* Ability to organize, connect and coordinate project management tasks
* Ability to identify clear independencies and align plans
* Excellent communications skills with internal and external business partners
* English fluent, German is a plus
Nice to Haves:
* PMP Certificate is an advantage
* Experience with Agile is a plus
