Program Coordinator Junior - Career & Role Development, People Development vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Program Coordinator within Career Development/People Development, preferably, in the financial industry
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as of virtual training tools such as Zoom, MS Team and Skype
  • Work experience with participant handling, Training Programs/Event management as well as with the implementation of Virtual Trainings and Events
  • Capability of working in a structured, forward-looking and reliable manner across teams with both internal and external contacts
  • Ability to maintain overview even in hectic phases and perform moderation activities
  • Languages: English and German fluent in written and spoken, French, Italian or Spanish is a plus

Your tasks:

  • Supporting key account manager, team lead and senior program managers in training initiatives for the international wealth management division, focusing on internal talents and other target groups
  • Planning, setting up and implementing training initiatives including classroom trainings as well as digital learning tools such as Degreed, Saba and Zoom while potentially taking over program management tasks
  • Organising and adjusting training events in close collaboration with other program managers, key account managers, team lead and the learning administration team
  • Recording relevant data and information in the learning management system
  • Coordinating activities with participants, learning administration team representatives, people development key account managers, and training coordinators from various frontline units
  • Optimising process flows, electronic and virtual tools used including Zoom, Webex, MS Team and Saba VC in order to keep up to date, simplify and improve processes
