Description:
Looking for an Implementation Project Manager with hands on experience in organizational transformation projects. The ideal candidate will bring this expertise into the team with prior exposure within a pharmaceutical company. Project Management certification (PMP) or Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Project Manager for the implementation of the Pharma Development team new operating model
- Coordinate the efforts from different implementation workstreams, eg Human Resources, Communications, Change Management, Processes & Tools
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Facilitate meetings & workshops for the implementation teams
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Exhibits a highly collaborative approach to influencing partners, balances a light touch with full commitment
Must haves:
- Minimum Master or PhD in Life Sciences
- Between 5 to 8 years in Project Management
- Hands on experience in organizational transformation projects
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking with working experience in multidisciplinary teams and a demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action
- Project Management Certification
- OCM Experience
