Change Manager - Green Fleet vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Excellent program management abilities managing global change programs and working with multiple countries and stakeholders
- Outstanding project management skills to design, implement, and manage ongoing projects and to lead the associated resources, personnel, and activities to successful realization
- University degree from an accredited university in environmental science or engineering, public policy, social sciences, business administration or a related field
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, additional language skills is a plus
Your tasks:
- Supporting Green Fleet Strategy with Change Management and understanding what Green Fleet project means for the countries and company car drivers
- Developing global change management plan which can be used for implementation in countries and for company car drivers
- Understanding and utilizing company's change management methodology and supporting implementation of change management plan in countries
- Working in close alignment with preferred suppliers to get further ideas and support for change management activities
- Facilitating change by encouraging others to seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches to addressing problems and opportunities
