Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant, Switzerland, 12 months contract, 90 to 140 CHF (depending on experience)My client, a Swiss banking firm, is looking to hire a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant for an implementation project. They are one of the largest banking companies in Switzerland with offices worldwide.
Start date: 15th August
Your role and responsilibities
- You design the technical architecture of the CRM to support the business needs
- You support team members to improve their customer relationship management
- You develop the team
- You work at tasks independently as well as collaboratively.
- You deliver on tasks independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- You design and implement team best practices to ensure consistency and quality in the system.
Your profile:
- You are skilled in development and maintenance of platforms such as Dynamics CRM.
- You have a proven experience with Power BI and SSRS reports.
- You have advanced experience in configuring, customising, and integrating Dynamics CRM.
- You understand business workflows and processes with Dynamics CRM or similar platforms.
