Responsibilities
- Takeover of project management in larger projects as well as independent implementation of smaller projects
- Implementation of HR projects from initialization to anchoring in the company
- Further development of various HR topics such as talent, compensation, HR consulting or recruiting nationally and internationally
- Participation in the further development of the HR platform Workday
- Cooperation with employees from all national and international HR areas
- Planning and implementation of change management in the individual projects
- Management of stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
- Joint responsibility for the strategic direction of the Human Resources department
Conditions:
- Several years of experience with project work, an advantage in HR
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant subject area
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- Communicative, open and initiative personality
- High degree of initiative and ability to present and represent topics
- A high affinity for IT and processes is an advantage
- Confident in handling MS Office products
- Knowledge of Workday is an asset
