Senior Change Manager vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years of work experience in change management in the pharmaceutical environment
- Understanding on Self Service implementation, Service management as well as on change management in international projects with exposure to A&R implementation challenges and MD services changes
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with large-scale organization change efforts as well as demonstrated delivery focus and execution
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Finished Master Degree or any other equivalent education like a Bachelor degree plus appropriate project experience in Organizational Development, Human Performance Technology, Organizational Communications or in a related discipline
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Applying change management process and tools, creating a plan to support adoption of the change required by the project, in alignment with the group change management approach
- Assisting the design, development, delivery and management of communications as well as conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders
- Ensuring the project and organization understands the change impact and implications that inform the change strategies required along with ensuring an iterative approach, integrating learnings and capability building for local implementation
- Providing input, documenting requirements and supporting the design and delivery of training programs
- Being responsible for leading the development of content and materials used to support different communications and engagement activities
- Leading the project team through the whole project process paired with consulting and coaching regional and local teams
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance along with integrating change management activities into the project plan
