Scientist in Protein Analytics vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Work experience within the relevant industry, focusing in protein analytics and in instrumental analytics, for example in chromatography, electrophoresis or spectroscopy
- Expertise in result interpretation and reporting
- Being flexible, independent and communicative
- Strengths include strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Finished Bachelor or Master's degree, an apprenticeship or any equivalent specialization in analytical chemistry
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German is desirable
Your tasks:
- Being responsible for the analysis and characterization of biopharmaceuticals in the early phase of clinical development with a focus on method development
- Performing routine analyses and developing of chromatographic or electrophoretic analytical methods
- Planning and performing of analyses, evaluation and interpretation of results
- Writing of protocols and scientific reports
- Being in charge of the technical organization of an analytical lab and reporting to the laboratory head
