Associate Scientist - Scientist with Focus on Dissolution Testing vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry within analytical development in the field of dissolution testing (USP I, II and IV)
- Practice with GMP and HSE standards for analytical laboratories, with a background in cGMP environments
- Extensive scientific or technical knowledge in analytical science, particularly in QC and biorelevant dissolution testing using compendial and non-compendial methods as well as HPLC analytics
- Capability of working with Office, WinSotax (DR) and Chromeleon (HPLC) is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in analytical chemistry, a technical education or equivalent qualification
- Languages: English and German, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Designing, planning, performing dissolution rate experiments including biorelevant dissolution testing using USP I, II and IV equipment, HPLC and UV spectrophotometer as well as , interpreting and reporting the results
- Providing raw data documentation, evaluation and results interpretation of scientific experiments with emphasis on quality
- Meeting quality, quantity and timelines in all assigned projects
- Ensuring GMP compliance for GMP relevant analytical activities and alignment with the company's regulations and network decisions
- Adhering to appropriate SOPs, GMP, Quality Directives, Health and Safety (HSE) regulations and internal guidelines.
