Beschreibung

Administrative Specialist/Expert vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/skills:
  • 3+ years of work experience as an Administrative Expert in a large matrix organization
  • Finished commercial training like Swiss Association of Commercial Employees or business school or any other equivalent education like other vocational qualification
  • Outstanding administrative skills and experience paired with excellent organizational skills with a high level of reliability, commitment and respect
  • Strengths include attention to detail and profound project management skills as well as being diplomatic and an effective communicator with intercultural experience
  • Languages: English and German, fluent in written and spoken, other language skills are advantageous


Your tasks:
  • Being responsible for administrative support including dealing with complex administrative and organisational assignments
  • Managing travel arrangements for the Global Head of Associate Engagement and for the Global Head Communications
  • Handling of the project and event administration, assisting the team in general event management logistics while taking on independent logistics management for internal and external meetings and events
  • Working closely with the assistants of Communications and Engagement, informing advising and supporting the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services
  • Supporting Leadership Engagement program through liaison with Executive Assistants for certain teams
  • Deputizing for other administrative staff
