One of the our client is in need of a L1/L2 Supporter for PeopleSoft FSCM (m/w/x). For this reason, we are looking for a talented professional, who is willing to be a part of this project.General Information:

Tasks & Responsibilities
The role of the Contractor is to provide L1/L2 support of PeopleSoft FSCM, through the variety of activities, as per the ESD 2021 work plan.
- Work on the service requests and incidents assigned to him/her
- Work on the change requests as part of the Travel & Meetings module
Expected Deliverables - timeframe
- For the support activities, the Contractor will work on tickets assigned to him/her as part of AIMS support structure, according to the established principles and team's planning ad priorities.
- For the Change requests, the Contractor will participate in the design and development of the following changes requests related to the Travel & Meeting project, according to the project plan andtimelines.
- Enhancement for Eldora Hospitality cost estimation
- Home Leave Workflow
- Improvement of Audit Trails related to Travel and Meeting requests
- Implementation of Revision and Cancellation processes
- Automatic Generation of Visa Letters
- Whenever requested, he/she will provide second and third level user support for PeopleSoft Finance Module or as a backfill for other team members when needed.
Must Haves
- University degree in information technology, finance, accounting, business administration or related disciplines.
- At least 6 years' professional experience, which includes several or all of the following areas: business analysis, ERP implementation and support, solution design, testing support, project management and customers support.
- Excellent knowledge of PeopleTools 8.56 or above, Fluid Development, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Application Classes, Application Engine
- Significant experience working with PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain modules (FSCM) and their integration with the third party systems.
- Good understanding and experience in procure-to-pay processes ideally in a public sector organization.
- PeopleTools and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).
- Good knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL and Oracle BI Publisher.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective partnerships and working relations in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
