Financial-/Supply Management Assistant 100% (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Mix of a supportive role for the financial - and a contract management area
- Interacting with multiple levels within the organization
- Active role in the planning process of the company in the area of priorization of business activities and budgeting
- Support the teams in supply management and capacity planning (internal and external)
- Supporting the release management function in terms of financial & capacity reporting
- Offering assistance on accounting tasks
- Checking and tracking of invoices from external providers
- Verifying capacity and adjust accordingly
- Communicate amongst the teams and assure the transparency
- Assisting management and key players in the technical department
Main qualifications
- Knowledge about financial planning, agile methodologies and supply management
- Demonstrated experience in: Agile methodologies, Financial Planning and Controlling as well as supply management
- Insurance experience is an advantage
- College degree or equivalent professioanl experience
- Ability to prioritise and to keep the overview
- High level of accuracy and responsibility
- Fluent in German and English
