TRD Biologics & CGT Change Management & Implementation Lead vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical development or a related industrial area such as NTO or medical device development and manufacturing
- 3+ years of practice in a leadership position with successful performance and track record in managing and leading large-scale organisational changes with the ability to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
- Expertise in change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with project management approaches and phases of the project lifecycle, relevant certifications are a strong plus
- Solid business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence people and move toward a common goal
- Advanced academic degree in Business or relevant discipline
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German is advantageous
Your tasks:
- Designing, developing, and implementing organisational change management strategies and methodologies
- Assessing change impact, change efforts and defining feedback mechanisms that enable development and improvement of change adoption
- Outlining and implementing change management processes, procedures and mechanisms while applying a structured methodology in order to lead change management activities
- Creating actionable deliverables for the five change management levers as well as monitoring risk mitigation and management plans
- Consulting and coaching project managers and project teams on the right integration of change management activities into project plans
- Cooperating with business project sponsors and teams regarding strategies and approaches as well as collaborating closely with business stakeholders and P&O Partners to align change and communications strategies
- Supporting training efforts and developing effective training, on boarding strategies, programs, and content including design and delivery of training programs
- Managing the TRD Biologics & CGT change portfolio
