ServiceNow Developer vacancy for our Zurich based client in the telecommunications sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, modules such as ITSM and CSM as well as a good understanding of the architecture of the ServiceNow framework
- Strong background in IT engineering / SW development / requirements engineering
- Ability to capture business requirements and transferring them into IT requirements
- Experience in agile environment is a plus in compliance with capability of structured working methods is highly desired as well
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Collaborating with developers and testers onsite and nearshore, product management and architects
- Coaching and supporting the development team in the development of market-ready software
- Demonstrating the business relevance of complex technical solutions, including new approaches and supporting or challenging the technical lead
- Developing the most optimal solution for complex technological problems in combination with the business requirements
- Following the latest software development trends, as well as taking ownership and representing business relevant software trends
