Data Analyst (Shopping Policy Analyst/E-commerce) for a globally operating Zurich based company in the technological sector.Your experience/skills:
- Talented in using Doc or Spreadsheets as well as the awareness and understanding of global e-commerce related trends
- Basic knowledge of SQL skills or willingness to build them
- Ability to online research and being analytically minded as well as detail oriented
- Experience with E-commerce, Risk or Fraud investigation is preferable
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Applying Google Shopping policies at scale by helping the Engineering team continuously improve the automated systems
- Developing the ability to identify and negotiate complex policy corner cases while translating that knowledge into scalable rules that can be deployed programmatically
- Fixing problems and developing improvements or solutions to implement them
- Applying policies repetitively to individual ads while using SQL-like script to pull some data to investigate and analyse weird challenging internet fad
