For our technology client we are currently looking for an experienced IT Change ManagerStart: ASAP
Duration: 31.12.2020
Location: Remote in Europe
onsite /remote: Mainly remote (limited visits to Düsseldorf)
Language: Business English
Background: This is a new position for a global change manager. You will be working in an international Team overseeing and assessing changes on a global scale. Support a go live of a new process
Tasks:
- Daily assessment of change requests following client standards
- Owning all changes globally
- Chairing of the CAB
- In charge of change calendar and system updates
- Clear and concise effective business communication: All levels from Stakeholder to end
users
- Incident management
- Supporting with the go live of a new process
Skills:
- Extensive experience acting as a global change manager
- Strong experience working in international companies
- Deep knowledge in Change Management
- Good knowledge in incident management
- Strong, independent working style
- Pro-active personality and very good communication skills
- Able to prioritize
- Good ITIL knowledge
- Experience with ServiceNow
-Previous experience in operations
