Project Manager / Business Analysis - DevOps - This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced PM / BA to join our Basel based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Experience as a Project Manager, ideally in an IT project environment (DevOps), including experience of working with agile project management methodologies
- Expertise in change management principles and best practice as well as experience of business analysis processes and techniques in an IT project environment
- Previous experience work as a Business Analyst with a strong customer focus
- Solid knowledge of benefits realisation principles along with strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Being responsible for managing schedules, KPIs, risks, issues, budget and procurement
- Identifying and prioritising user stories and use cases within this programme as well as analysing specific customer solutions
- Collaborating with business suppliers, customers, programme and project managers
- Managing the business change expected in relation to business processes, systems, technology and the organisation
- Ensuring programme improvements and increasing benefits realisation
