For a project at our client ‘s site with start in Q1, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Senior Business Analyst - Regulatory / Recovery and Resolution
In this role, you will be responsible for reporting into the Recovery and Resolution Office (RRO), to develop regulatory requirements and provide second-line challenge to RRP change programs, ensuring the output meets the global regulatory Operational Continuity in Resolution (OCIR) requirements.
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in interpreting Regulatory requirements into Business requirements within the banking industry
- Recovery and Resolution experience and with Operational Continuity In Resolution (OCIR)
- Proven ability at building up relationships with stakeholders as well as identification and support stakeholders needs and expectations
- IT literacy experience such as MS Office
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and proven ability to influence
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop a set of global regulatory requirements that need to be met by the Programme
- Covert the regulatory requirements into a set of business requirements that can be passed on to the programme to deliver
- Global RRO OCIR liaison with OCIR delivery programme on latest regulatory expectations
- Provide review and challenge of program functional design against the OCIR requirements
- Organising and running the second line design authority, used for validating the program’s design approach to meet the OCIR requirements
