Montreal Associates are looking for an IT & Accounting functional lead consultant to support their client(s) on the implementation of their own house-made leasing software in Berlin, Germany.Location: Berlin, Germany, some travels possible to Düsseldorf

Montreal Associates are partnering with one of the Top-5 international consulting companies on this project.
Several end clients from different branches are implementing an own leasing software, based on the IFRS 16 leasing standard, which will generate all relevant financials and posting entries.
We are looking for a lead consultant with a strong understanding of Accounting and IFRS 16, who masters the Journal Entries in detail, and has a Finance & Accounting background.
Role:
You will be the direct contact to the client and will handle all client requests (incl. daily/weekly calls), and therefore all client communication.
You will handle a close contact to the IT system engineers and the Excel customization team.
You will have a managing consultant role, taking over client leadership and escalating any risks of the project, as well as hands-on in the implementation, working on Jira, Journal Entries, MS Excel
