Operator Reagent Operations-SAP/GMP/German/Hygiene/TechnicalProject/Main Task:
For our customer, a renowned pharmaceutical company in Central Switzerland, we are looking for an Operator Reagent Operations as soon as possible.
Main Tasks:
- Timely and high-quality production of liquid reagents for BGE products and their GMP-compliant documentation
- Printing samples and batch documents from the SAP
- Timely and high quality filling and control (online inspection, IPC) of liquid reagents for BGE products as well as their GMP compliant documentation
- Preparing the consumables used for production and filling and equipping the production premises with all necessary materials
- Operating the batching systems incl. PI-S and the bottling lines
- Carrying out maintenance activities of the bottling lines according to the relevant SOPs
- Carrying out cleaning activities in the preparation and weighing areas and in the vicinity of the filling machines
- Operating the batching and filling systems
- Troubleshooting and recognition in the event of mechanical incidents
- Rapid repair of incidents to restore the availability of the systems
- Implementation of improvements / optimizations to the systems
- Compliance with quality regulations. Compliance with all relevant SOPs, legal, regulatory and GMP requirements in the work area
- Creation and processing of SOPs, changes and deviation reports
- Assistance in the processing of projects related to batching activities and filling machines
- Support in logistics and packaging work
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience (including training or apprenticeship)
- GMP knowledge and experience in a hygiene area
- Very communicative personality with a high quality awareness
- Responsibility, goal-oriented, reliable and self-initiative
- Team player and committed to helping out in other areas as well (e.g. packaging)
- self-employed, flexible, systematic and solution-oriented way of working
- positive attitude to life
Education:
-You have successfully completed your technical/chemical education/further training.
Languages:
- Very good knowledge of German spoken and written (to be logged)
- Good command of English (English speaking stakeholders)
