Business Analyst 80%_ CAFM/UML/IREB/Agile/Jira/ConfluenceDescription:
For one of our clients we are looking for a Business Analyst 80% who can be deployed for any IT needs at the company's headquarters in Bern.
Responsibilities:
The business analyst identifies, documents, checks, communicates and manages the functional and non-functional requirements of the new CAFM system in the areas of Technical Facility Management (TFM),
building management (cleaning, caretaking) and helpdesk with the appropriate investigative techniques. It also forms the link between the department, the CAFM supplier and the IT department for the purpose of translating the specialist requirements in ICT requirements and the clarification of feasibility the technical requirements for the new CAFM system.
* Analyzes the overall context of business processes,Organizational structures, data, user interfaces and identified Weak points in the areas of technical facility management, Facility Management and Helpdesk
* Formulates functional and non-functional requirements using
* Requirements models under consideration of economic, organisational and technical boundary conditions
* Plans, organises and moderates workshops on specific topics for the purpose of
* Requirements assessment or discussion of variants
* Identifies and resolves conflicts of interest among stakeholders with regard to the technical requirements
* Leads the specialists in his area of responsibility
* Forms the link between the department and the IT department
* Clarifies the feasibility, costs and dependencies of the
* Requirements with the IT department from
* Supports the compartment in creating test cases
* Assesses and accompanies the acceptance tests
Requirements:
* Certification IREB/BPMN 2.0 and/ or Agile
* Integration experience with CAFM systems
* Very good experience in UML
* Very good knowledge in Jira / Confluence
* Soft Skills Abstract Thinking Ability
* Structured working method
* Strong process thinking
* Very good communicator
* Generally valid soft skills such as ability to work in a team, etc.
Languages:
* German: Fluent (written & spoken)
* English: Good (written & spoken)
* Italian/French Nice to have
