For one of our German Pharma clients we are seeking freelance support as:HR Manager (M/F/*)
Tasks:
• Safeguard HR controlling/ reporting as well as services in April & process documentation
• Finalise set-up of European & German payroll
• EU payroll: set-up collaboration model, governance, RACI
• German payroll: internal expertise, deputy & peer review, governance
• Coordination of implementation of GL files and other interfaces
• Management/solving local issues
• Complete process documentation of new payroll service delivery model
• Workstream lead Brexit HR and employee topics
• Set-up A1/ registration process
Qualification:
• Background as HR Manager / Senior Expert
• Deep understanding within HR processes, governance/compliance, tax/labor
• Law background is a plus
• Must Have: Business fluency in English
Requirements:
• Start: Asap, End of March latest
• Duration: 4 Months
• Capacity: 4 days / week as a minimum
