Role: Supplier Contracting Services (SCS) - Integration Lead

Location: Zug

Start: 4th of March

Duration: 2nd of August

Overview

You will join a globally dispersed team managing integrations. You will partner closely with the Law Department, Sourcing and Business Partners reviewing the results of the Due Diligence questionnaires and collecting missing data to understand and map the integration process for the Legal Entities Merges, the Principal and the G4. You will work with the Countries to collect previous Contracts, and upload them into the Contract database. You will liaise with Sourcing to identify the Suppliers that we should continue to work with, and will initiate with the right stakeholders the Contracts Amendment/Termination process according to Supplier Contracting Services processes. You will map the full End to End Contracting Process and highlight the gaps that may be created between the old states versus the future State. You will work closely will all the Integration Team members from the full Source to Settle team and update them on a weekly basis of the status quo.

  • Strong project / program manager with experience in managing complex projects
  • Stakeholder management across a wide range of organizations, countries and cultures
  • Good decision maker and capable of working with highly technical people solving detailed issues while also presenting to executives
  • Independently coordinate activities, colleagues and deliverables across different groups who are involved in each transaction, ensuring overall timelines are met.
  • Develop strong relationships to better understand business needs and identify collaborative "win-win" solutions
  • Possess strong technical, presentation and analytical skills
  • Requires good analytic skills and the ability to communicate effectively and put presentations together


Position Requirements & Experience
  • Bachelors, Masters or other university degree; or equivalent combination of training, education and relevant work experience
  • 5-10 years' relevant experience. Supply chain knowledge & experience, ideally from running integrations in this space, is desired, but other relevant experience will be considered as well
