Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen Infrastruktur Projekt Quality & Compliance Manager wie folgt:

Description
? Ensures definition of the overall Compliance and Quality Strategy for client divestiture project on various levels such as program, projects, systems / services and vendors
? Ensures alignment of the Compliance and Quality Strategy within Moonstone. Ensures the delivery regular reporting on Compliance & Quality
? Ensures alignment with Global QA / e-Compliance
Authors Quality Master Plans
? Approves deliverables defining the Compliance and Quality Strategy, such as Project Quality Plans and Project Quality Reports
Supports the project teams in compliance and quality related tasks

? Ensures that projects are conducted in line with the Risk and Compliance Manual
? Authors Project Quality Plans which define all actions, deliverables, responsibilities and procedures to satisfy the IT quality requirements
? Supports the project teams in quality mgt activities
? Supports the preparation of High Level Risk Assessments and Functional Risk Assessments
? Conducts internal project reviews and ensures that the standard quality mgt procedures are followed and properly executed (formal aspects, not content)
? Authors Project Quality Reports
? Escalation point for the Compliance & Quality Managers and Project Quality Managers

MUST HAVE
? Novartis experience and experience in infrastructure

Requirements
? Demonstrated leadership experience

Familiarity with QA tools such as
? Experience with automated regression testing is a plus
? Ability to work independently within a quickly changing environment with strict deadlines;
? Strong analytical skills and Ability to multi-task;
? Strong attention to detail;
? Proven communication and documentation skills in English;
? Excellent organizational and troubleshooting;
? Knowledge of all aspects of infrastructure management.
