Beschreibung

Start: ASAP Duration: 6 Months

PROJECT SUMMARY:

Responsible for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the monthly and quarterly process including financial statement review.

Lead the building of scalable and efficient accounting close process

Ensure accounting systems and processes are continually streamlined via process improvement to achieve greater efficiencies and accuracy

Manage the general ledger and consolidation processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, closing, statements, and schedules.

Skills:

Lease Accounting (expenses, income, ancillary cost)

VAT/TAX reclaim calculations/bookings for capital and operational expenses

Accrual calculations and bookings

General expense bookings and reconciliation of expense accounts

Must Have/Experience:

Practical experience in lease accounting

Fluent German and good English (B2) language skills (spoken and written)

Enthusiasm, analytical thinking, communication skills, high degree of independence and assertiveness

Excel (Pivot tables, V-Look up level required)

Working knowledge of MS Word
