For our client in Essen we are currently looking for a Product Manager / Consultant to drive a Digital Heating Project

Start: 05.11.2018
End: 31.12.2018
Volume: fulltime/ca. 40 PT
Location: Essen
Travelling: 10 Percent
Additional sites: Berlin, Coventry (depending on job)

Overall purpose:
Focus of client is delivering sustainable and profitable growth. Delivering best in class, human centric, digitally focused products. Heating is the core of people's home - Client integrates Heating into the "energy home of the future" and connects with the other B2C solutions (PV, E-Mobility, HEMS) and the wider energy system. Guaranteeing customer oriented solutions and advice independent of suppliers based on best suitable technologies - combining heating equipment, technical services and energy sales into unique propositions. We offer a consistent (digital) customer experience and an aligned end-to-end customer journey across all channels (e.g. online, call centre, point of sale, direct sales).

Objectives: Digital Heating Strategy and Implementation Roadmap 2019

Situation
- Heating domain drives digital performance projects in strong cooperation with digital team
- We have multiple stakeholders globally and a very deep dive performance focus based on the channel performance. We have seen promising results in the already established actions but to reach the regions' business targets we have to speed up the process and performance.
- Establishing online (sales) channels is one of the global domains lighthouse projects in the Regions DE, UK and RO. The regional projects are supported by FTEs and/or budget and performing on different levels. These projects could be a KPD for the upcoming commercial success. It should be considered whether these activities could be supported with a budget from innovation (Capex), digital or/and marketing. In this context it is also relevant to have the upcoming Future Energy Home Project in mind but on the other hand make sure that the commercial needs in the meantime are boosted accordingly.

Task:
- The project should provide a clear strategy about the digital performance activities in 2019 to fulfil the commercial targets.
- Define overview of the workflow on 3 levels: Global, Global/ Regional and Regional with role and responsibilities of relevant stakeholders.
- UK should be used as a blueprint to highlight what the digital performance orchestration should deliver as an impact, based on user cases / scenarios for 3 different kinds of situations.
- A clear defined measurement (tracking) method should measure the commercial success of the established actions.
Skills:
-University Master's degree or equivalent experience
-Significant experience in required space (Energy, Heating)
-Excellent written and oral presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to stakeholders
-Fluent English, more languages helpful
- N2H : Sales experience in innovative Heating
