Our client a global investment bank is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team in Zurich for an initial 6 months contract. You will be responsible for Identifying and documenting business requirements from key business stakeholders, Conducting data analysis and data quality checks, coordinate project delivery to ensure that the needs of business stakeholders are met, Support of the overall project delivery to ensure that all requirements are addressed, Providing up-to-date status report throughout the release cycle, Managing business testing and user acceptance testing activityThe ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a large scale global regulatory project, Degree in Finance / Accounting / IT (MBA (Finance)/CA/ICWA/CPA/ACCA), Good understanding of accounting / experience of accounting projects, Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills, Very good analytical skills, problem solving skills and critical thinking and Fluent English
Desired skills and qualifications
Some knowledge in banking products (loans, SLB, risk models)
PeopleSoft skills
SQL skills
MS Access skills
In-depth experience in IFRS or US_GAAP accounting treatment
