Currently we are looking for an IT Project Manager (f/m) for our client.53 – Project Manager IT Infrastructure
Tasks
• Existing Distribution Center Project: Implement full ELC operation into agreed space in an existing 3PL DC to support continued business growth. IT Infrastructure Project.
• New DC Programme: A new fully operational DC to support continued Business growth. IT Infrastructure/Application Project.
• Storage for collaterals (e.g. Jo Malone boxes) and production component (e.g. empty glass bottles). IT Infrastructure Project.
• Increased production related activity e.g. adding labels to the collaterals and components to prepare them for distribution - using ELC systems and potentially ELC hardware. IT Infrastructure/Application Project.
• Upgrade or replacement of the current Time and Attendance System (Mobatime) in the facilities. RFP is currently in progress. Application Project.
Requirements
• Experienced IT Project Manager
• Knowledge of warehouse related IT components such as network connectivity, LAN, WAN, WIFI, RF guns & scanning, label printing, DECT phones, cabling, etc.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain, specifically logistics execution: inbound (receiving, put-away), outbound (picking, packing, sorting, palletizing, outbound transportation)
• Knowledge of LM7 (connected to SAP), VAS operation, transform
• Time & attendance: Good functional/process knowledge/experience in this domain and related Swiss legislation
• MS project experience, resource planning
• Good English and German skills (Swiss German is an advantage)
