Location: Zurich
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the comprehensive administrative handling of Swiss inheritance cases in the private customer segment
- Versatile telephone and written contact with the heirs and their representatives (lawyers, notaries, trustees and authorities)
- Collaboration with partner areas within the bank (e.g., sales organization, legal service)
- Possibility to collaborate in internal and interdisciplinary change projects
- Hotline Service
Skills:
- good French and / or Italian knowledge
- Outstanding understanding of performance, result orientation and analytical thinking
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Impeccable expression, as written and verbal customer contact
Nice to have:
- Banking experience, especially with internal as well as external customer contact
- Good German or English language skills
- Experience in public administrations, such as inheritance office or notary
