Primäre Tätigkeiten – Support initiation of projects, support & drive completion of project orders, align business models & -case. – Transfer Enterprise Architecture into highlevel IT Solution Architecture by following IT Strategy. – Perform feasibilities, prototype pre-liminary solutions and present to business/IT stakeholders. – Identify early project dependencies and advise on business case optimized project sequencing. – Facilitate & perform highlevel req.‘s eng. with Moscow & highlevel Businsess Process Design (Macros).

Bitte senden Sie uns Ihre Bewerbung an info@plussoft – Ensure global best practice business processes are implemented for any new processes / requirements. – Acquire new projects, sell proposed Solution, create foundation documents, handover to build ressources. – Consulting for, coordination and alignment with GPOs regarding project, CR- or process related issues.



Sekundäre Tasks – Perform Third Party Software Evaluations within Sonova RFP process. – Evaluate and assess impact of new sw components on infrastructure, processes, and applications. – Provide detailed technical knowhow to support solution decisions for different options. – Review existing IT solutions for improvements, stay up-to-date with new technologies. – Provide detailed IT Solution Architecture for new processes and gaps. – Plan projects, CR Releases, schedule and budget them, complete project plan document in foundation. – Facilitate & perform detailed req.‘s eng. with Moscow & detailed Bus. Process Design (Micros). – Estimate user stories, tasks, change requests, moscow prioritize. – Align scope, build user stories and have timebox finished products approved (according to DoD). – Create and Extend program specifications for CRs, Projects, new Releases etc. – Contribute to IT/Business Docu. or validation documents in projects/support as outlined in RACI matrix. – Support recruiting process for internal staff within Sonova processes and tools. – Liase with other cross functional teams in or outside CIT for any other relevant isssue resolution.



Work Experiance – Familiar with Waterfall and Agile Project Implementation Methodologies – Multiple end to end project lifecycle experience for implementing SAP & other Business Systems – Familiar with SAP Standard Functionalities (eg. ERP, Hana etc.) and Custom Development procedures – Experience in organizational change / process change and how to manage transformations – Experience with relevant IT/SAP Accelerators (Project Tools, Data Migration Tools, Frontend Simplification Tools etc.) – Able to design Business Models and high level Processes that are feasible from a global IT architecture perspective



Personal Competences – Interested in change and able to stay up-to-date with new innovations relevant in own area – Structured and focused in approach, communication, excecution – Positive, Customer Service Orientation, focusing on meeting customer expectations – Able to accept and follow standard Sonova SOPs – Presentation, sales and communciation skills to sell ideas on GPO and Keyuser Level – Diligently following high Quality Standards with own and team deliverables, prioritizing over short term time pressures – Able to focus on most important / urgent topics and to self time manage independently – Able to work independently and escalate accordingly – Analytical and abstract thinking to architect and plan complex workpackages – Creative thinking and able to challenge existing or historical grown situations & solutions – Presentation, sales and communciation skills to sell ideas on Top Management Level

Social Competences – Able to collaborate and share knowledge: facilitate and prioritize team success over individual interests – Able to understand and resolve conflicts, partnering with business / externals finding win win solutions

Professional Competences – Able to design & implement detailed Processes that are feasible from a enduser perspective – Familiar with important Financial & Medical Regulations and how they impact daily work (TüV, Validation, FDA etc.)



IT Skills – Experience with relevant Admin Tools (eg. MS Office, Jira, Sharepoint, solman etc.)



Languages: Fluent in Englisch



Nice to have: – Debugging knowhow for troubleshooting – Experience with relevant IT Technologies and Protocols (eg. Adobe, EDI, ODBC, RFC, XML etc.) – Experience with relevant programming languages & techniques (eg.Abap, SQL, Java, OO, Eclipse etc.)
