Tungsten Total Agilities Developer

Our client, a leading organisation in the Swiss energy sector, is undertaking a large-scale digitalisation initiative to modernise document processing and workflow automation across several core business processes.

As part of this program, they are implementing Tungsten TotalAgility (formerly Kofax TotalAgility) to streamline document capture, classification, validation, and end-to-end process automation for high-volume operational workflows.

We are looking for an experienced Tungsten TotalAgility Developer to support the design, development, and optimisation of automated document workflows integrated with existing enterprise systems.

Design and implement document capture and workflow automation solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA)

Configure and develop classification, extraction, and validation processes for incoming business documents

Build and optimise end-to-end process workflows within the KTA platform

Integrate KTA with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, billing platforms, or data services) via APIs and connectors

Support testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation of document processing pipelines

Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to ensure robust solution design

Contribute to technical documentation and best practices for KTA implementations

Strong hands-on experience with Tungsten TotalAgility / Kofax TotalAgility (KTA)

Proven experience developing document capture, OCR, and workflow automation solutions

Experience configuring classification, extraction, and validation models within KTA

Solid understanding of system integrations (REST APIs, web services, enterprise platforms)

Experience working in enterprise environments with complex process automation requirements

Familiarity with .NET, C#, or related development frameworks (often used in KTA integrations)

Experience working in agile delivery teams

Experience with Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules, or other Tungsten products

Exposure to energy, utilities, or regulated industries

Experience with large-scale document digitisation programs

Knowledge of German or French (useful in Swiss project environments)

Large-scale digital workflow transformation programme

Integration with existing enterprise platforms and operational systems

Focus on high-volume document processing and automated decision workflows

Start: ASAP

Contract length: Initial 6 months, strong likelihood of extension
