As a Test & Quality Analyst you are responsible for testing business cases in our diverse system landscape together with your team colleagues, as well as checking them for correctness.
We act as an interface between business and IT and are involved in various projects with the goal of providing our stakeholders with an optimal customer experience.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Collaboration in the definition of technical requirements and review of specifications
- Definition of acceptance criteria and creation of test cases for enhancements
- Carrying out system tests for enhancements and regression tests when introducing new releases
- Analysis and recording of defects and coordination of corrections with the developers
Essential skills and qualifications
- Completed commercial training, ideally in the insurance industry
- Several years of professional experience in the field of personal insurance, ideally in group life
- Technical affinity
- IT skills, eg Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Customer orientation, communication and teamwork skills
- Resilient personality combined with a quick grasp and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills in German.
Desired skills and qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience ideally in collective life
- Knowledge of French, Italian and English an advantage.
