Senior Software UI / FrontEnd TechLead

We have a current opportunity for a Senior Software UI / FrontEnd TechLead on a contract basis. The position will be based in Rotkreuz. For further information about this position please apply. Bodyleasing only.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross?functional teams and stakeholders (Product Owner, System Architect, Solution Architect, System Engineers, etc.)
• Understand, analyze, and translate complex business and customer requirements into effective technical solutions
• Design and develop innovative software solutions in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure system quality attributes such as scalability, performance, reliability, maintainability, interoperability, and extensibility
• Guide the team in following software development best practices (code reviews, testing, CI/CD)
• Promote continuous improvement and technical excellence
• Act as a technical mentor and role model for team members
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe working environment
• Enable cross?functional value delivery and team ownership

Must?Haves

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Development / Software Engineering
• Experience with embedded systems; experience in regulated environments is a plus
• Strong knowledge of React
• Proven experience developing embedded user interfaces using Rust, C++, or similar technologies
• Experience with Electron or Tauri is a benefit
• Ability to solve complex problems through structured, analytical, and creative approaches
• Excellent communication skills and strong collaboration abilities across teams
• Leadership by example; ability to empower teams and promote accountability and ownership
• High motivation to create impact for team members, company, customers, and patients
• Fluent English required
