Senior Manager Supply Chain (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Manage and maintain the distribution network for commercial products, ensure uninterrupted supply to patients
- Contribution to the contracting of distributors and setting up new transport concepts
- Support of pre-commercial supply programs related to setup and distribution
- Transport Management for inbound and outbound deliveries, creation and filing of transport related documents
- Responsible for the artwork process, creation of orders for artwork changes, maintains management and implementation of new artworks and drives communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Management of the artwork review and approval process, Artwork filing, both electronically and paper based
- Contribution to the continued development of SCM & Distribution processes and the QA Management System, including process review and the establishment or update of SOPs
- Training and compliance with the SOPs indicated in the SOP training matrix.
Main qualifications
- Academic education on at least bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry, including SCM, distribution and transport management
- Understanding of the artwork process for commercial pharmaceutical products and ability to maintain oversight of cross functional activities
- Good understanding of regulatory labelling requirements and how to accommodate them
- Experience in achieving business goals in collaboration with third party vendors
- Knowledge of current GDP and GMP
- Ability of anticipating new market and regulatory developments' impacts on commercial and related support activities; taking decisions and implementing accommodating measures on a timely basis
- Excellent cross functional & project management skills
