Senior Full-Stack Java Developer

We are a consulting company partnering with leading enterprises across Switzerland. For one of our long-standing clients – a prominent player in the Swiss insurance sector – we are looking to engage a Senior Full-Stack Java Developer with strong technical and communication skills to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using Java (backend) and Angular (frontend)
Work with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
Integrate and manage real-time data streams using Kafka
Handle data persistence using MongoDB
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure high code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and best practices
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and client workshops

Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer
Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular (latest versions preferred)
Hands-on experience with Kafka, REST APIs, and MongoDB
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar is a plus)
Previous experience in the insurance domain is a significant advantage
Fluent in German (spoken and written)
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
