We are looking for a Business analyst for the implementation of claims processing for and insurance companyTasks:
- Define the planning for the procedure.
- Create technical concepts based on templates.
- Coordinate the content of specialist departments (claims centers).
- Process necessary decisions and create documents that are ready for decision-making.
- Drive content autonomously.
Knowledge
- Well-versed in the claims environment.
- Knowledge in how processes and procedures work in a claims department.
- Collects, evaluates and prioritizes the requirements of the business user based on the business processes.
- Direct cooperation with business and IT, Business Analyst forms the interface between business and IT.
- Planning, preparation and implementation of workshops to assess professional requirements.
- Systematic documentation of results using appropriate methods.
- Transforms business requirements into IT system requirements.
- Creates the basis for the design and operation of the IT system.

- Knowledge of the insurance industry as well as the claims environments (processes and procedures
- German speaker
