Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to support our client in Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAC, experience in leading and implementing end-to-end analytics solutions, and a proven track record in managing large-scale projects. As a senior consultant, you will be expected to lead engagements, manage client expectations, and deliver SAP SAC solutions on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions, with a focus on Business Intelligence (BI), Predictive Analytics, Planning, and Data Integration.
• Design, configure, and implement SAC Models, Stories, Dashboards, and Data Visualizations to deliver actionable insights to business users.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient and effective SAC solutions.
• Provide hands-on support for data integration between SAC and various data sources such as SAP BW, SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and third-party systems.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards, utilizing SAC’s capabilities to optimize decision-making processes.
• Provide guidance on best practices for SAC architecture, security, and governance.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure the successful delivery of the SAC solution by managing the full lifecycle of projects from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAC, data modeling, and reporting.
• Manage relationships with business leaders, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Analytics, with at least 5 years in SAP SAC implementation, integration, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud including:
o Data Connectivity and Integration (SAP BW, HANA, S/4HANA, flat files, and cloud sources)
o Planning and Forecasting functionalities within SAC.
o Story design, dashboard creation, and data visualization in SAC.
o Security, Governance, and Access Control in SAC.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence (BI) concepts and best practices.
• Experience with SAP BW, SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and SAP Data Intelligence is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL, Scripting (e.g., JavaScript for SAC customization), and data modeling.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Proven experience in leading client-facing projects and providing strategic advice.
