Main tasks:

• Act as a supporting role for the “Resource, Budget and Cost Controlling” stream on the ROC Core program
  
• Plan / manage scope, activities, and deliverables
  
• Offshore oversight (2 FTE) and EY governance support for onshore colleagues (2-3 FTE)
  
• X-Team (Delivery / PMO/ Resourcing, Budget and Cost Controlling) coordination
  
• Create resource processes and controlling of resource process adherence, evaluate impact on resource / financial planning based on changes in delivery, timeline and budgets
  
• Support preparing high-quality, data-driven briefing materials and presentations for program (senior) stakeholders and the Budget and Cost Controlling PMO Lead
  
• Oversee tracking and controlling of demand change requests and budget implications

Main qualifications:

• Strong financial and budget management experience (most critical requirement)
  
• Experience in resource planning, resource processes, and workforce management
  
• Proven background in controlling, financial analysis, and forecasting
  
• Track record as a Senior Controller or similar leadership role
  
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into actions
